I must say it's a real masterwork, and I have 400 jazz manouche CDs to compare it with. Besides this there is a wonderful equilibrium between the loudness, clearness and presence of the various
instruments. It's just like having the musicians playing in your living-room .Very careful mixing. The bass is captured in its natural beauty - a rare success, And of course the musicians are first rate and Feigeli's daughter is just about the best gypsy jazz singer I have heard so far.
